What Compare Water Damage Restoration is
Compare Water Damage Restoration is a directory, owned and operated by Apex Promotions LLC, that lists restoration companies serving Michigan and ranks them by a formula published on the methodology page. Compare Water Damage Restoration does not perform restoration work. Using this site means you accept these terms.
For homeowners
Submitting the request form sends your information to one matched restoration company, under the consent shown on that form. Compare Water Damage Restoration makes no guarantee about the price, timeline, or outcome of any restoration work performed by a listed company. Listing order is not a guarantee of quality; it reflects the published formula only.
For listed companies
Companies appear on the lists from public information: ratings and reviews on each company's Google Business Profile, Google Maps search results, and the company's own website, scored by the published method. We have not checked licences, insurance or workmanship for listed companies unless a listing says so. A company can ask us to correct a fact or request a free listing through list your business. We may correct or remove a listing at any time, including when its rating falls below the published floor. No payment changes a listing's score or position.
Paid clients of the operator
If a listed company is ever a paying client of the site's owner, the listing says so.
No guarantees
Compare Water Damage Restoration makes no warranty, express or implied, about any listed company, any review shown, or any content on this site. Compare Water Damage Restoration is not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a listed company.
Prohibited use
Do not submit false information in a request or a listing form, scrape or resell data from this site, or use the site to solicit listed companies for an unrelated product or service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Compare Water Damage Restoration and Apex Promotions LLC are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or from the acts of any listed company.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
